Lucas rebuilt my backyard deck, replaced, framed and painted many shingles, replaced two outdoor window sills, replaced an outdoor step, replaced two sump pumps, buried several gutter extenders, took out some deep-rooted shrubs, installed five window wells, resurfaced two sets of concrete steps, and renovated an unfinished closet, including replacing the walls, painting, and installing a light. He also brought electricity to rooms that didn't have it, and patched up the plaster walls afterward. He did all this work in two weeks! He was a pleasure to work with, and he and his crew were respectful, hard-working and highly skilled. He knows what he's doing & I won't hesitate to hire him for more projects!

Lucas came to my home to repair screens and paint a sunroom-type porch on July 7, 2020. He had responded to my request on NextDoor. I also needed some loose tiles re-cemented on the front entry-way porch and some pressure-washing…it felt like the list went on. He first came to my house to do an assessment of the work and wore a mask which I appreciated. I found him to be professional and not overselling. The costs for the work were reasonable. His and his team’s attention to detail, pointed out to me that my gutters were extremely full and that it impacted drainage near one area of the porch. I had already noticed the poor drainage during a recent heavy rain and yes, the gutters probably could barely hold their weight. His price for doing that was reasonable to me. All the work was completed on Thursday, July 9th. I am really pleased with the work and look forward to working with Lucas on other projects in the future.

Lucas and his crews did extensive work on my property. They replaced the roof, installed central air conditioning, redid the entire basement transforming it into a viable rental unit including renovating the bathroom, putting in tile and laminate flooring, and painting, completely renovate the upstairs bathroom, rebuilt an outdoor deck, install drainage, repair sidewalk and concrete steps, and landscaping. Throughout the process, Lucas stayed in constant touch with me to verify how I wanted to do things. They performed excellent work, and completed all these projects very quickly.
